  • Travel Details: Flight schedules, hotel preferences, and dietary or medical requirements.

2. DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES

We use your data exclusively for:

  • Official Document Support: Applying for entry visas and LOIs through the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.
  • Service Fulfillment: Booking domestic flights, hotels, and organizing transport.
  • Communication: Sending tour confirmations, schedule updates, and emergency support.

3. SECURE DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

To fulfill your travel arrangements, we share necessary data only with:

  • Governmental Authorities: The State Migration Service and relevant border authorities for visa processing.
  • Service Providers: Airlines (for domestic tickets) and hotels (for room reservations).
  • Note: We never sell or trade your personal data to marketing agencies or unrelated third parties.

4. DATA PROTECTION AND STORAGE

  • Security: We use encrypted communication channels and secure storage to protect your passport data from unauthorized access.
  • Retention: Data is stored only as long as required by the laws of Turkmenistan for tourism registration and tax accounting. Once your tour is completed and the legal retention period expires, sensitive files (like passport scans) are securely deleted upon request.
