Processing the Letter of Invitation (LOI) at the Migration Service takes 10–14 days. We will email the document to you as soon as it is ready.
Where will I get the visa stamp?
The stamp is placed either at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in your country, or directly at the border / airport upon arrival — based on the Letter of Invitation.
Can I send the documents completely online?
Yes, the entire package — passport scan, photo, and completed form — is accepted electronically at info@tmtourism.com.
What are the passport scan requirements?
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip. A color copy without cropped edges or glare is required — blurry files cause delays.
Will a smartphone photo work?
Yes. It is important that the background is light, the face is not covered by hair or glasses, and the expression is neutral — we will adjust the size if necessary.
What if I have visited Turkmenistan before?
In the form, you must indicate the purpose and dates of previous visits, if any — this is a standard item.
How much does a Turkmenistan visa cost?
The visa fee varies by nationality and length of stay — from $25 to $150. Additional costs: COVID test — $35, entry fee — $10, bank service fee — up to $7. Exact current rates are set by Turkmenistan's Migration Service and can change — please confirm with our manager before your trip.
