Refund and Cancellation Policy

At TMTOURISM LLC, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy for bookings made through tmtourism.com.

1. Client Cancellations

  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled start time of the tour are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees (see Section 2).
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

2. LOI (Letter of Invitation) Administrative Fee

Please note that if your tour requires a Letter of Invitation (LOI) and the application has already been submitted to the authorities, a non-refundable administrative fee of $30 USD will be deducted from your total refund amount, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

3. Company Cancellations

If TMTOURISM LLC must cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety hazards, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a 100% full refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (e.g., the credit card used via Stripe) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
