Through the official eVISA portal of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan (evisa.migration.gov.tm). The application is filed by the inviting party — us. A separate letter of invitation (LOI) is no longer needed.

Standard processing takes 9 business days and express processing 5 business days after you confirm the application and pay the fee. Apply early so the visa is ready in time for your trip.

You pay the visa fee yourself online on the eVISA portal — the amount depends on the visa type and duration, and the portal shows it before payment. Our service is free for travellers who book a tour with us.

No. We fill in the application. You will receive an email from the portal — open the link, check your details, verify your passport with your phone or computer camera and pay the fee.

A mandatory step on the eVISA portal: you confirm that the passport is yours using your phone or computer camera. Until verification is complete, the fee cannot be paid and the application cannot be submitted.

The portal sends the confirmation link and the e-visa itself to this address. A typo would stop the process, which is why the form asks you to enter your email twice.

The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry; upload a colour scan of the whole photo page with the MRZ lines at the bottom fully visible. The photo must meet the ICAO standard: no older than 6 months, plain light background, face strictly centred, no glasses or headwear. The form checks the quality of both files right away.

Yes. The visa arrives by email — print it out and show it together with your passport at border control when entering Turkmenistan.

Once the application is submitted to the State Migration Service, cancellation costs $30, which is non-refundable. In the form you can choose to submit right away or closer to your travel dates.

If you book flights before the visa is approved, choose refundable or flexible tickets so you lose nothing if dates shift.
